Why Sterilization Is Our Non-Negotiable

Infection control is not optional in our clinic — it’s the foundation of everything we do. We follow a rigorous 4-step sterilization protocol for every instrument, every surface, every patient.

We use Class B autoclaves — the gold standard in dental sterilization — combined with single-use disposables wherever possible, full PPE protocols for staff, and strict BMW (Biomedical Waste) compliance.

This isn’t marketing. It’s our professional and ethical responsibility — and a non-negotiable commitment to every patient who walks through our door.

How We Sterilize Every Instrument, Every Time

A rigorous, documented process for every instrument that touches a patient.

1

Pre-Soaking in Disinfectant

Immediately after use, instruments are soaked in medical-grade disinfectant solution to kill surface pathogens and prevent drying of biological material.

2

Ultrasonic Cleaning

High-frequency sound waves in a cleaning solution remove 99% of debris from every surface, including hard-to-reach joints and hinges.

3

Drying & Sterilization Pouches

Instruments are dried, inspected, and individually sealed in medical-grade sterilization pouches. Pouches are opened in front of the patient for transparency.

4

Class B Autoclave Sterilization

Sealed pouches are placed in a Class B autoclave at 121°C at 15 psi for 15-20 minutes — the gold standard for complete sterilization.

5

Sterile Storage in UV Cabinets

Sterilized instruments are stored in UV-sterilized cabinets and used within 24-48 hours to maintain sterility until your procedure.

6

Single-Use Disposables

Wherever possible, we use single-use items: gloves, masks, suction tips, patient bibs, and syringe needles — disposed after every patient.

Between Every Patient

Operatory Disinfection

Sterilization doesn’t end with instruments. Between every single patient, we perform a complete operatory turnover — leaving no surface untouched.

  • Chair and unit wiped with hospital-grade disinfectant
  • All surfaces covered with fresh protective barriers
  • Equipment autoclaved between uses
  • Room aired out with HEPA-purified air
  • 15-minute minimum turnover time

Clean Air, Safe Space

Air quality is just as important as instrument sterilization. Our clinic uses multiple layers of air purification to keep the air as clean as our instruments.

From HEPA-filtered air purifiers in every operatory to UV-C sterilization between patients, we ensure the air you breathe is as safe as the tools we use.
