• In Person: Visit our clinic during working hours

Confirmation Process: All appointments are confirmed via SMS/WhatsApp with the date, time, location, and any pre-appointment instructions. Please confirm your appointment by replying “Yes” when prompted.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:

• 24+ hours notice: Free cancellation or reschedule — no fees
• Same-day cancellation: A nominal fee (up to 50% of consultation) may apply
• No-show: Full consultation fee applies; repeated no-shows may require advance payment for future appointments
• Emergency rescheduling: We understand — emergencies happen. Please call us and we’ll work something out

Late Arrival: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule to respect other patients’ time. Please call if you’re running late — we’ll do our best to accommodate.

No-Show Policy: A no-show is defined as missing an appointment without prior notice. After 2 no-shows, we may require advance payment to book future appointments.

4. Treatment & Medical Disclaimer

5. Payment & Insurance

Our payment and insurance policies:

• EMI through partner financial institutions (Bajaj Finserv, HDFC, etc.)

EMI Terms: EMI options are subject to approval by our financing partners. Interest rates, terms, and conditions are determined by the partner institution, not by Saluja Dento Max Fac Centre. EMI payments are non-refundable once treatment begins.

Insurance Processing: We assist with insurance claim processing as a service to our patients. However, the patient is ultimately responsible for all treatment costs not covered by insurance. We do not directly bill insurance companies except in network arrangements.

Refund Policy:

• Before treatment begins: Full refund of advance payment, less any administrative fees (typically 5-10%)
• During treatment: Pro-rated refund based on work completed, less materials and lab costs
• After treatment completion: Generally no refunds, except in cases of demonstrable malpractice
• Refund processing: 7-14 business days via original payment method

Treatment Cost Estimates: Initial cost estimates are provided after consultation. Final costs may vary based on actual treatment complexity, complications, or additional procedures required. We always discuss changes in cost before proceeding.

Written Estimates: Available on request for all planned treatments, including detailed breakdowns of procedures, materials, and associated costs.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and in our clinic materials — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, audio clips, design, and software — is the exclusive property of Saluja Dento Max Fac Centre or its content suppliers, and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
